Reservation cancellation process was horrible.

Disliked: I tried to have the cancellation fee waived three days before arrival, but could not reach anyone at the property and the Hilton corporate representative said she talked to the property and it refused to waive the cancellation fee. When I arrived at the property, the front deck person said the cancellation fee HAD been waived and I had to book the room again. My trip would have been much less stressful and efficient if I had known the fee had been waived before arrival (I would have booked TWO nights at a different Miami Hilton). Instead I had to stay at two different hotels, and decided to book at Marriott the second night.
