Great hotel, very comfortable stay,...

Liked: I liked everything about the hotel, from the speedy and efficient, warm and friendly check in to the ambience and elegance of the hotel. I had a massage whilst there in the hotel spa and it was one of the best I've ever had! I loved the outdoor pool as well as indoor and outdoor terrace to soak up some Mexican winter sunshine.
Disliked: The room is a little drab. I'd recommend adding some colour!

Liked: The space was clean, well-attended, and things worked well. Most of all, the staff - every single person - was friendly, helpful - even anticipating my needs/desires!

Disliked: Toilet issues for 2 days

Great location for visiting Mexico...

Liked: Paddle ball court on the 6th floor is a very nice addition.
Disliked: The pool wqs closed for renovations. The buffet breakfast is not great - better to go out.
