Srayed overnight because of flight...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Big plus that they offer room service.
Disliked: It smelled like sewer gas in the halls and room. The lack of an exterior window was unexpected and a negative.

Terrible

Liked: Nothing much. Too expensive for what you get.
Disliked: Awful customer service especially from whoever was at the desk at 5am on Monday. Wouldn’t recommend or ever stay there.

Bad experience

Liked: We couldn’t use the facility
Disliked: The man that was helping the receptionist, told us that our reservation was canceled automatically, because we got there late, even I left my credo card info to guarantee the room. They left us in the middle of night out. So sad

Best location at the airport

Liked: It is always a comfort to know the hotel is just a few steps away when you get off a flight.
Disliked: The room I was given seemed a bit isolated for a single, female traveler, and the fact that there was a connecting door was also disconcerting. Also the elevator entrance wasn't working too well....
