The view from our room was amazing even though we were only on the 4th floor. Had a perfect view of NYC. We were only there for one night to see a show but overall the experience was great. I would just never use their shuttle service again if I ever returned.

Liked: The room was amazing and the view was fantastic. Plus, the staff was very courteous when we first arrived - they even called to make sure our room was satisfactory about 10 minutes after we checked in.
Disliked: Used their shuttle to our show and ended up standing out in the cold for 45 minutes trying to catch one to get back. The person never parked in the same spot so even though we were first in line 3 times, we didn't run fast enough to make it. Tried to call the hotel and couldn't get through.

I booked to go see a Giants game. I understand the devastation of huricane Sandy but I called ahead 3 days and was told that they had power heat and no issues. I arrived on Sunday to find out they had no power and no heat. I am just upset that I drove 300 miles to find out I was lied to. They did not even offer to give me a discount.

Liked: Great location - closer to New York
Disliked: Our room was not clean, Heat was not working, we called and no one tried to fix it, also the shower and the blow dryer were broken.

Bad

Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable. The mattress had a huge dip in the center and it was horrible for my back. I woke up in so much pain. Definitely not worth 400 plus for one night. I stayed in better hotels for much cheaper.
