Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Liked: it was a very good location for us as we where attending an event nearby, the rooms where very spacious and provided items i forgot to park, the breakfast was fab! would 100% stay their again. we struggled to order room service however the staff where very helpful in helping us do it, was a problem on our end however they fixed it.

Disliked: The staff was lovely and the food wasn’t to bad but the room itself for 550 for two nights it wasn’t worth it , feel like the room could have been bigger also was stains on the carpet aswell.

very disappointing

Disliked: The room we were in was tired, there was no bottled water and it was very expensive for what it was. Our friends stayed at a premiere inn for £40.00 and their room was much nicer with a large bed.
