Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, it was not clean, my bed had cramps, dust and calc. I was probably just given the worst rooms, my first on has a ventilation problem and air conditioning wasn’t working well, then they moved me to a worse room, but at least the ventilation was better and AC worked, it just hadn’t had a maintenance check, everything was falling apart, it wasn’t clean rust on the wall because I guess the round makeup mirror has been on one spot for very long without moving. Etc…
