Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Hugh difference between other Hilton's

Liked: The location was good. Room was Cosy and comfortable.
Disliked: I stayed 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast had the very same menu all throughout the 5 days! Became stale. . Nothing changed in menu. Staff was friendly, but very, very rigid. Hugh difference between the usual Hilton's in other parts of the world. Facilities poor. Didn't have basic requirements like no toothpaste, brush., shaving kit, nothing.

Liked: we checked in early and we notify them before going that we will arrive early and there was no problem in the early check min the room was ready.
Disliked: we stayed in Hilton Deansgate in February but the first day of our stay we felt very cold the heating was working but too slow , from the second day it was good.
