So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.

Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Overall ok

Liked: Great location. Bar staff excellent. Smart and clean appearance of the hotel. Good choice at breakfast but food mainly cold. Poor choice of food on a Monday night and no bar open when we returned from our show.
Disliked: Main reception and bar cold.We are both 70 plus so not having a walk in shower but having to negotiate a shower above a bath is inconvenient and could be dangerous. The shower head was also awkward.

Disliked: I was at the hotel for the salon awards and found the hotel very cold and also found it quite cold when sat having breakfast
