So convenient for Bridgewater Hall and minutes from tram station.

Liked: Great views from - upsold - 18th floor.
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly on our last night. Bed not made; surfaces not cleaned; carpet not vacuumed.

Liked: I had turned up to reception to be told I had two rooms which was totally wrong the receptionist told me he would sort this for me however my card was charged double £300 and £399!! I have tried to contact the property regarding this and have had no reply via messages so I called them only to be told it wasn’t there fault and there was nothing they could do
