Exceptional

Disliked: the beds aren't suitable for small kids who are in danger of falling off. we've ended up taking a family room and let him sleep on the couch because its closer to the floor than the bed

It was a very pleasant....

Liked: The room was spacious and clean, and they have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes from 5 am to 9 pm. After that hour I think you can request if needed.
Disliked: The pool was only opened for four hours a day. You can only use the pool from 16:00 to 20:00 h. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool. We arrived alt 08:00 pm, so the pool was closed. Thought we could have a swim in the morning, since our flight was until noon. We couldn’t because te pool only opens for 4 hour a day. It’s ridiculous.

Exceptional

Liked: The person at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, particularly on the how to take the Metro into the city. The location close to the airport was excellent and the airport shuttle handy although we had to wait a bit to be picked up at the airport. The room was large and well equipped and stylish. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Pleasant

Liked: Room was clean, but no bed king size. I've got the room with two separate small beds. I was so tired, so decided I'm not ready to start any conversation. Restaurant was good at first floor. Mini advice: watch your bags in lobby.
Disliked: Toilet and bathroom have walls from glass. Hotel has many connected room and I hear my neighbors so badly:(

Pleasant

Liked: location, is great. Underground Parking is good. For the rest nothing special... place ..
Disliked: The hotel looks massive and so big but it is not, there wasted the space in the middle... And the breakfast is on ground floor and restaruant next to it... I have never seen something like this in my life.. The design of the hotel make no sence... Good privacy... No free water in Room. 5 Eur for a bottle.... Amazing, you pay above 200 Eur and even a bottle water is too much, no minibar, only old fashon old small fridge. You would expect from Hilton to have more class and provide service and not only tryhing to fill pockeds ! The staff is very friendly.. There is no bell, from the parking barrier to the hotel reception. If something happens you have to go all the way back and go to the reception.... I

The stay was exactly what...

Liked: Buffet breakfast had most of the usual selections. It was a good fast breakfast starting at 6:30 which we needed to catch our early morning flight.
Disliked: Room was located a long way from the main area.
