I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Great shower.
Disliked: Too short of a stay.

Parking is within hotel building...

Liked: Bath room is a way from bed so that I could more relax each other. Super Clean. Shuttle service to our dinner place was super nice!!!!
Disliked: There is no hand mirror in bath room . Some people need to see back of head to go out. All three mirror is for only front of your body . Even cannot rent from house keeping? Most hotel has one from my experience!! Also, why pay big $ for parking who stay hotel???

Liked: The view was beautiful. It was fairly close to an event I attended.
Disliked: I spent 800.00 on a room and the bottled water in the room was still 3.00 (free if you’re a Platinum or Gold member!) kind of tacky. The check in and check out was stressful and was told conflicting information both times.

Beautiful hotel, missing important amenities.

Liked: Beautiful room, beautiful view, nice location for walking around downtown
Disliked: Rates were extremely high over parents weekend, which was a bummer. I thought after paying so much we would at least have perhaps an included breakfast or free parking. Getting in and out of the parking ramp was tricky, slow, and check out of the ramp was broken at the time we left, resulting in lots of people needing to call and be let out. Our air conditioner was broken and we required two visits from a service person to keep our room from being too hot. The coffee maker didn’t work and only made brown hot water. No mugs in the room, only Styrofoam cups. There is no microwave, and no freezer with the fridge. These are items we needed, but they did let us freeze a needed ice pack at the front desk.
