I spent an awesome weekend at the Hilton and enjoyed every minute. Great rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. The shuttle was convenient for going into the park and City Walk. Bottom line - I would book again.

Liked: Wonderful, comfortable rooms with great views. Excellent seafood buffet.

I felt that it is very over rated and not worth the money. Lacks general accomodations, a simple meal is not available unless you order room service. Food at the pool is limited to certain times as well.

Liked: Glamorous but not worth the money.
Disliked: Ice machines didn't work, only meals you can get are buffet or room service. No cocktails until 11:00am, half the elevators didn't work.

An exceptional stay for an...

Liked: Clean bright and even though it was full it wasn’t crowded. The staff were always pleasant and friendly. I requested a microwave for my son whose coeliac and it was no trouble and was in the room within minutes of the request. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone heading to universal studios. I did not visit five on the hill restaurant but it looked beautiful and we plan to dine there next time.
