I spent an awesome weekend at the Hilton and enjoyed every minute. Great rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. The shuttle was convenient for going into the park and City Walk. Bottom line - I would book again.

Liked: Wonderful, comfortable rooms with great views. Excellent seafood buffet.

I felt that it is very over rated and not worth the money. Lacks general accomodations, a simple meal is not available unless you order room service. Food at the pool is limited to certain times as well.

Liked: Glamorous but not worth the money.
Disliked: Ice machines didn't work, only meals you can get are buffet or room service. No cocktails until 11:00am, half the elevators didn't work.

Was great for universal studios...

Liked: Excellent location and view
Disliked: Lack of signage of how to exit the property when going to the park on foot especially as there was a conference on. I saw a large number of people confused and just walk down the road as the route was hidden or being used for another purpose. I’d self parked so had no actual idea where the front door was for the shuttle or the walking route. Relying on the app for certain things only works if it accepts your confirmation. Mine would not so I struggled to use that facility. Room could do with a mirror in the room and not just the bathroom small thing but would be helpful. A main room light would also have been helpful and not just relying on the lamps.

Perfect proximity to Universal Studios

Liked: Great Location: for a planned short stay family trip to Universal studios it was perfect. We could walk to the Universal Studios and City Walk. Spacious size of the room for a family of 4 was great. Having a fridge was useful so we could buy and keep milk and dairy snacks.Being permitted to pay $75 plus tax for 4 hours late check out at 2pm so we could catch our late flight.
Disliked: Small things that kept reminding us this is primarily a hotel geared for business conferences (which were on daily including band playing in the drop off arrival car park). The staff could see it was a family of 4 checking in. It could have been mentioned then that there is a shuttle service every 15-20 minutes to Universal Studios and the Universal City Walk as well as down to the station. Or we can just QR research it all. Short stay of 3 nights so we declined daily room cleaning but when asking for coffee pods from housekeeping we were only supplied 1 decaff and 1 regular coffee pod for 2 days. Small things that make us feel not like an overnight conference attendee but that Hilton hotels understands their guests needs and not just takes a "one size fits all approach". Room service menu pricing: $18 for bowl of cold cereal (frosties/bran) plus sales tax plus 18% gratuity plus $6 room service fee. Maybe best to pop out for that family breakfast (or buy milk and box of cereal) if your company isnt picking up the tab;-) We still enjoyed our stay at Hilton. These were just small observations.

Perfect for our family trip

Liked: Was convenient getting to Universal City with the shuttle running every 15 minutes so we didn’t have to walk or drive. Beds were super comfortable which was great after a long flight. The room was spotless. We did have an issue with our toilet and it was fixed immediately. We ordered breakfast which was a generous size and absolutely delicious. Would stay again.
Disliked: Parking seemed expensive.

GOOD Hotel, GOOD location, Good...

Liked: The Hotel is GOOD, it has excellent location to the people who wants to go to Universal Studios Hollywood and Citywalk. The staff from the Hotel are GOOD and well trained, the majority of people speaks English and Spanish.I am sure this hotel is an excellent option to the family who wants to attend Universal Studios.
Disliked: There is two different breakfast buffet. One is the Colonial and the other is Imperial. The colonial buffet didn't have protein, only breads and fruits. The imperial buffet was much better. The room itself was good but unfortunately I booked normal couple bed and it is SMALL.The parking is absolutely expensive. It is USD 50 per day plus taxes. This was too much. The bath was not GOOD. The quantity of water was few and took long time to heat up.
