Beds are always a favorite.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; great location; great food.

I spent an awesome weekend at the Hilton and enjoyed every minute. Great rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. The shuttle was convenient for going into the park and City Walk. Bottom line - I would book again.

Liked: Wonderful, comfortable rooms with great views. Excellent seafood buffet.

I felt that it is very over rated and not worth the money. Lacks general accomodations, a simple meal is not available unless you order room service. Food at the pool is limited to certain times as well.

Liked: Glamorous but not worth the money.
Disliked: Ice machines didn't work, only meals you can get are buffet or room service. No cocktails until 11:00am, half the elevators didn't work.

Superb

Liked: Staff super friendly. Lots of good amenities in the hotel. 4 min walk to Universal.Parking really easy

Upscale and expensive hotel

Liked: The full breakfast is great and plentiful. Good location and good view.
Disliked: The Wifi is not free. The check-out time is a bit early and not flexible, as there will be an automatic charge of $75 + tax if you’re late.

Liked: Room quiet and very clean. Bathroom very clean too. Location is excelent!! You can go to Universal walking.
Disliked: The breakfast is good, but nothing special. I don’t think it's worth the price.

Disliked: The TV wasn't working right. Most the station didn't work. Engineer unable to fix it luckily we brought a dvd player and he showed us how to set up.

Very nice accommodations

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Close to Universal. We got an Executive Room with a view which was nice.
Disliked: The walk to Universal wasn't super convenient but it was close enough. I think they need a bridge from the hotel to the park imo.
