Overalls, I had a great...

Liked: The amenities are good. But the staffs are extremely professional and nice. Especially 2 staffs at the register named Haley and Napoleon who understood about my situation that my flight would start at very late at night. So they helped me extended the check out hours without any extra fee. These staffs would deserve stars.

Disliked: I had upgraded my room to higher floor, however when I did my check-in, they said we give first priority who has booked a room through Hilton. Third party like Booking customers hey the last priority and now we don’t have any rooms available even though you have upgraded it.

Great location. A nice place...

Liked: I liked the layout, facilities and size of the rooms.I also liked the pool.
Disliked: The machines couldn’t process my Visa card. I’d recommend adding alternative ways to pay.Hotel events could also liven things up.

Disliked: No amenities (WiFi, water, breakfast) unless you were a Hilton member. No choice to park-had to use valet and were rushed out of/into car
