I stayed at the location...

Disliked: There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom which resulted in a loud noise when the toilet was flushed. We informed the desk immediately and they said someone from engineering would address. No one came by our room and we had to listen to the noise all night when using the bathroom which was disruptive. Additionally my wife left a jacket in the room after we checked out, we called the staff informed them of the left behind item and requested they mail it to us as we live out of state. We never heard back from anyone as to whether or not they had found/recovered the jacket. We had two issues during our stay which could have been addressed but weren't. There was no attempt to resolve either of the issues with any thing other than listening and verbally professing help while nothing materialized. As a Hilton rewards member who has stayed at Hilton hotels in other countries I was truly amazed by the sites inability to address our issues with anything other than words.
