My fiance and I had the best time ever. All the staff were fantastic. The food was out of this world. Room service was great. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Liked: Free upgrade to 'executive'
Disliked: Requested extra pillows for my pregnant wife at 1600 tonne told yes, by 1805 still none so rerequested and given apologies and told someone was on their way. None came again. My wife ended up using one of my pillows and a rolled up towel. Really let it down

a great break

Liked: location and parking onsite for £15 was fab!!! also the breakfast . check out time fab too
Disliked: the pool was too small and crowded but it was valentines
