Great location and excellent staff.

Liked: The staff were lovely. Upgraded my stay.
Disliked: The room didn't look like it had been dusted for a few days, there were dark hairs on the bed. To be fair I didn't complain. I'm sure if I had they would have resolved promptly.I ordered room service and the food arrived cold. I did raise this to room service but nothing done, no replacement was offered or my money back.

Liked: Location, good sized room and friendly staff
Disliked: The bar closed at midnight, we were hoping for a night cap when returning from a show.

Superb

Liked: Great location close to tube station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We dropped our bags before heading out as was before check-in time. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room, not like some in London.
Disliked: Bar prices, but to be expected in London Hotel, I guess.
