Too Expensive for what it...

Liked: Event was there.
Disliked: Too expensive for what it was, also only free bottle of water on day one (in room) for £350/night, cheap behaviour put me off staying there again.

Awful and stressful situation that...

Liked: Locked out of property unable to get access via foot due to park gate by hotel being locked. We were stranded out in the freezing cold for nearly 50 minutes at 20.00pm at night. Staff on phone at hotel reception un helpful when trying to gain access to hotel reception. My partner was unable to access his emergency medications on time. Eventually was given access to staff entry of hotel by a member of staff. Complaint made after our stay at hotel on 31.12.24. To date we haver never received a response.
Disliked: As above very poor service, disappointing. The whole episode left me in tears and very stressed out. My partner was panicking as could not access his medications.

Lovely local retreat.

Liked: Lovely bedroom and spa facilities. Excellent food and lovely staff. Shout out to Kevin with the banter!I will definitely come back.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard.
