Liked: It was lovely but they didn’t give us out ribs and slippers for kalimaspa in reception!The fact you have to pay separately for kalima spa was upsetting.Other wise it was perfectThere is no late check outs as a nice gesture if you are paying for a bday celebration package, late check out would be nice as a standard but this has to be reserved how do you know u ea t an extra hour until up you know on the day.

Liked: Rooms were exceptional lovely decor and comfort and had a terrace which was a bonus
Disliked: Shame about the Spa being extra and also limited use on our weekend

Liked: Couldn’t find booking on the system when arrived took long time to check in on Valentines weekend. Was no availability to the spa as was all fill and 25 pp is a lot if you ask me. Me and my fiance was talking while getting check staff tell us about our conversation very rude
