Nestled on the edge of the 200-acre Syon House Estate Hilton London Syon Park offers luxurious rooms an on-site spa free parking free WiFi in public areas and a restaurant. Former home of the Duke of Northumberland the Syon Estate still retains many original features. Each of the 137 air-conditioned rooms at the London Syon features a marble bathroom with either a separate bath or a rain shower. Guests can also relax in a seating area and enjoy a 40-inch flat-screen HD TV as well as a balcony or a terrace in some rooms. A range of treatment rooms can be enjoyed at Kallima Club Spa. Options include signature therapies nourishing facials manicures and pedicures and full-body massage among others. This stylish spa features 7 treatments rooms as well as a swimming pool whirlpool spa sauna with HDTV steam room and a fully-equipped fitness center. The Restaurant offers classic dishes but delicately built and prepared with locally sourced produce. The wine and champagne list has been designed to harmonize with the dishes within each menu. A large range of cocktails and soft drinks are also available. Located a 10-minute drive to Richmond Underground Station with direct access to the center of London the Hilton London Syon Park is 7 miles from Heathrow Airport. The Kallima Spa is for adults only and the charge £25 for 2 hours use of the spa facilities including the pool for the hotel guests who have not booked their stay as a Spa package.

Very enjoyable weekend

Liked: Location was excellent, room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly.
Disliked: Allow a hour a day for kids in the pool and not get charged 4 times for the same room.

looks deceiving needs a refurb

Liked: Sandra masseuse was really good and made me at ease with my disability. The receptionist was really welcoming with long blonde hair. I arrived early, and she managed to get me checked in. .
Disliked: At first glance, the hotel looks great. Reception is lovely, but then you notice all the terrible finishes. My room bed was dirty and dusty under the mattress. The door paint was.peeled and worn. The shower lacked hot water, and the tiles were broken. TV in the shower dodnt work either. Heating in the room was a joke that kept cutting out. The carpet was worn and old. just lack of cleanliness and upkeep for 175 a night far too expensive. Even the carpark is not secure. The massage was great, but again, spa facilities require updates, just lack lustre in the pool area ceiling needs a.paint job sharpish. The changing rooms smell of bad plumbing and again need a clean. Shower the smell is really bad.
