Disliked: Nothing really. Carpet was wet by bathroom door - when we told reception, they instantly upgraded us without a fuss.There was a strong smell of weed in our room! No big problem, smells nice, lol

Not the best service for...

Liked: The restaurant was excellent, the staff were extremely polite, and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I booked a twin room for two adults, but my 10-year-old daughter decided to join us. I messaged the hotel beforehand to ask if they could add a rollaway bed and whether there would be an extra charge. The hotel assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and that there would be no extra charge for a child.However, upon arrival, there was no extra bed in the room. When I raised this with reception, they said, “You booked a twin room anyway, so there’s nothing we can do,” despite my prior message and their confirmation that the extra bed would be provided. They also said housekeeping was unavailable and that the rollaway bed would be added the next morning, but it never was. My daughter and I ended up sharing a single bed, as even on the second day, no extra bed was provided.For the second night, we weren’t provided with water, the conditioner container in the bathroom was empty, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly from the first night. The shower was disgusting and stained yellow (whether due to age or lack of cleaning, I’m not sure). Reception was disorganised and not very polite.That said, there were some positives. The restaurant was excellent—the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Additionally, the hotel offered good free parking, which was convenient.However, overall, this was a disappointing stay as I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels in other locations before and always experienced excellent service, so I expected much better.
