Liked: Only that it was close to Paddington Station. However the station was closed the day we stayed. No advance notice was given
Disliked: It’s old and tired and for that reason is very over priced. The staff really didn’t know what they were doing. The breakfast was the worst I’ve had in a hotel in many years.

Extremely dissatisfied with the untrustworthy...

Liked: The dining room staff were professional but they could not offset all of the negatives.
Disliked: Additional charges added to my bill despite two front desk persons confirming no additional charges, except for the 40£ upgrade. Which was not an upgrade. The room looked out onto a rooftop alley and was extremely dated. Chipped wood in for an apparently useless box in the wardrobe. Mold at baseboard inside cabinet for missing refrigerator. Stained ceiling left upon entering the door and right adjacent window. Non-working outlets at desk area. Holes in headboard for perhaps de-installed fixtures. Funky grout in the bathroom. Dishes from the previous guest left outside the door for the entirety of my visit. Definitely not worth 425€.

Great location eventhough overpriced.

Liked: The location of the hotel was wonderful! My room was also very clean. The concierge offering and staff were great.
Disliked: Badly overpriced! Had a much better and cheaper breakfast in Brussels, Belgium.

Disliked: The hotel was a little tired. Check in staff weren't particularly friendly.
