Lovely weekend stay

Liked: Clean, room was big and comfy just abit warmer than expected. Hotel overall was very clean, lovely staff aswell
Disliked: Room was too hot even with temp turned down

Liked: Bed was very comfy and staff were super friendly.
Disliked: One of the plug sockets in the room by the bed was loose so couldn't be used. Could have done with brighter lighting and some of the lamps didn't work.

Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for me but fine for the other guest.

Liked: Location perfect - we were going to the Barbie exhibition at the Design Museum
Disliked: Drinks in the room were a bit mean - 1 coffee sachet and no hot chocolate

Disliked: The room was baltic cold. The heating was not working which I complained about and they sent maintenance to the room which they tried to fix this but nothing happened, so he told me to ask for a portable heater. When the portable heater came, that didn't work properly either and I was told I could not change rooms, I had to sleep in a suit and long coat because of the terrible conditions which I was subjeted to.
