Disappointing

Liked: staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: my son has dust mite allergies and the room had so much dust which made him ill , the little lights besides the bed had so much dust on which made coughing i had to wipe everything off wasn’t really the best of 4 star hotel i would’ve expected no dust in room but i had to wipe everything off ..

Wonderful rest and enjoyable trip

Liked: I liked that the hotel is quiet and has a home vibe to it. What was exceptional was the housekeeping, concierge and front office that were top notch, warm and helpful. Go above and beyond to help me
