Liked: Loved the location and staff, checked in early and was still able to go to the room and staff at reception even gave us complimentary breakfast.The bus stop was around the corner and the hotel was very close to the museum and high street shops and food.I was glad to have a nice hot bath after walking around London for the past few days as a sightseer. The bed and pillows were very comfy.
Disliked: We were told there was free WiFi but It felt like there was no WiFi at all inside the hotel so we had to use phone data all the time to get online, only WiFi available from the looks of it was for members only, couldn't even find WiFi in the restaurant.The room got uncomfortably hot even with A/C running on cool, maybe proving a fan would help circulate the air in the room.I did not want to give such a low review but not having just a basic need of WiFi ruined our stay here.
