Very happy with our stay

Liked: I always love staying at the Metropole, it is always very accommodating.This time there was an issue with one of the headboards of the room and the staff immediately changed our room and gave us two adjoining rooms which was very generous.Thank you so much Miriam and the maintenance guy!
Disliked: It could do with more gluten and dairy free options on the breakfast.

Close to transport, good for...

Liked: Good for a short stay and access to busses and underground.
Disliked: we requested a disabled room, we were advised it has been assigned, and when we arrived the room assigned was not suitable. They responded quickly with a suitable room, but unnecessary hassle.

Liked: room size was ok but not renovated. location is good. Breakfast was average. Not what I expected from a hilton hotel
Disliked: The room was pretty old and when I requested renovated they have asked for 100 more per night
