Lovely hotel, would like more...

Liked: Loved the area, and the design of the hotel, lovely facilities and amenities provided, hand wash moisturiser shower gel etc, Great security men, very on the ball with identifying potential intruders. Love that the door has a built in chain lock
Disliked: Lovely hotel, although, my floor states it is a quiet floor but the cleaner can be heard shouting down the halls and smashing the card into the wall, the wall shook, it was like she punched the wall or pushed the cart right into it, this made the number 3 fall off our room number. Throughout the night could hear lots of noise, sounded like security on their radios and other guests. very expensive restaurant although it's expected with a hilton hotel. Have the aircon blowing hot air but the room is still chilly even after some time. The aircon con is located almost on the ceiling so the hot air rises and doesn't really reach us at the bed. Love that the hotel has security at the entrance they're very good at checking people out, although i would love if the lift could only be accessed with a key card for safety, there's no cameras on any rooms hallways, that i noticed, which was a little worrying as a woman.
