I have stayed here twice...

Liked: The rooms and bathrooms are well proportioned and cleaned daily. The breakfast is well stocked and expansive. It is great that there is access to a gym.
Disliked: Any dirty dishes left in the room were not cleared unless you placed them outside the door which often meant the hallways were littered with take away boxes and bags. The lighting in the breakfast area is blue which makes it feel a bit like a school canteen.

Liked: The hotel was close to Westfield.it was quite clean.
Disliked: The hotel’s brand doesn’t match the quality at all. It was just basic.

We love London

Liked: Lovely spacious room and bathroom, complimentary water in a can. Room service, we ordered a pepperoni pizza it was delicious. Staff were fantastic attentive and helpful. Beds were comfy. Really nice vibe at this hotel. Excellent location very near train station and the amazing Westfield shopping centre
Disliked: No smart TV but not the end of the world! Would definitely stay here again

Liked: good breakfast, very quiet given on a busy road and staff was friendly
Disliked: room was so tight, shower door just fits a standard sized adult through it. lack of plug sockets and zero next to the bed (or USB) which is poor for a 4 star hotel

One night stay Hilton Kensington

Liked: Kind and friendly staff. Good location for us. Amazing breakfast. Quiet room as we wanted.
Disliked: Outdated furniture and bathroom. It would be nice to be cleaner and refurbished.
