This was the most un-hilton...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The hotel was shabby and badly in need of a renovation. The walls, doors, and carpets were falling apart in some parts. The curtains were old and badly wrinkled.

Liked: The location and customer service during our stay were great
Disliked: The rooms are getting a bit dated, the wooden bed frames on rollers are a bit odd and not super comfortable.

Liked: The staff is wonderful. each encounter was amazing and they helped and wefe always friendly.
Disliked: the facilities were terrible. it's loud everywhere and sleeping is difficult due to non stop noise rooms are not sound proof so your neighbors hear everything. also the noise from the road and construction is horrible.also the toilet only can flush once every hour. its annoying. it's an every room issue as well. every room. have stayed in several rooms and each one has this problem and the noise issues.it's a shame since the staff is so great but the property itself is so dated.

This Hilton is underwhelming for...

Liked: Well positioned in a good neighbourhood. Shopping, Movies, good Eating at short distances.
Disliked: Very old and run down hotel charging unreasonably for the services - the taps don’t work to offer hot/ cold water as the mixers have broken down - poor quality housekeeping - errors galore with room service - no one answers phones- short staffed - the restaurants and other external people who hang around pose security threat to those who stay at the hotel - late night drinking hangout’s inside the hotel.. anyone can tailgate and come up if they wanted..
