Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Lost pyjamas made me very...

Liked: Late night reception meant we could stay overnight after we could not access our Air BnB booking.Availability at short notice.Complimentary coffee in the bar next morning.
Disliked: I left my beautiful (pink, by Monsoon) pyjamas in the bathroom by accident; went back the next day to retrieve them, only to be told they were not there. I fail to understand how this can be so and got no adequate explanation from hotel staff. I do expect a hotel like this to maintain a lost property service.Also very expensive.

Liked: Great location and very helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. Very useful as we needed to get changed for a wedding. A really lovely stay

Liked: Good hotel which offers a tasty and complete continental / English breakfast. What I would expect in a Hilton hotel.
Disliked: Slight imperfections in the tiling in the bathroom - some maintenance will probably be necessary soon.
