Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Liked: 3rd floor room nice and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Tiny problem with the toilet flush that broke on first use but nothing they could not have sorted. We only stayed one night.

Lovely smiling welcome

Liked: The staff were friendly, polite, efficient and helpful throughout all areas of the hotel, we felt very welcome. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive.. Check in was quick and easy and the reception staff were informative and beautifully mannered. The location was perfect for an event at the 02 academy.
Disliked: Windows that don't open. I get warm easily so l like the option of fresh air from a window, even if it's just a slight opening for security. However to be fair we also did not contact reception to see if it was infact possible or if they might have a fan as an option, so maybe there were solutions had I asked

Could not sleep even with...

Liked: Conveniently placed next to the business design center
Disliked: Old grubby room . Very far away from the lift. Terrible bathroom with a tiny sink. Constant machine vibration noise that stopped me from sleeping all night.On top of a very noisy aircon i had to switch off. So the room was very hot in the morning.No desk lamp, so not good to work either

Disliked: Was a little disappointed that I had to wait nearly one hour after the check in time for my room to be ready, after a 24hr flight.I was not offered a drink or apology .
