Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Bad place with high potential...

Liked: The location is somewhat convenient with bus and tube connections nearby and lots of restaurants at walking distance.
Disliked: The bathroom was moldy at the shower area. The wall is beyond thin. I stayed there for a work trip and the only thing I needed was good night sleeps, but with the wall that thin having had to hear my neighbours television and laughters through out the night was not ideal. Indeed, it was worst than my night at a motel in Paris. The hotel was beautiful with clean decoration but the only thing that is matter to me for this trip is highly disappointed. I considered to move to nearby Premier Inn but was just too tired to move. The toilet was also clogged in the first night but luckily fixed by hotel staff quite promptly after notifying.
