We won’t be back

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Our stay at this Hilton hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The toilet was constantly blocked, and housekeeping only made the bed without cleaning properly. Management was unwilling to offer a half-day rate despite our late-night flight, insisting on charging for a full night even for an additional 4 hours. The only pleasant aspects of our stay were the lady at the desk (Lily) and the breakfast staff. The bar and restaurant prices were exorbitant, and when I asked to warm up some takeout food, I was told it wasn’t allowed, even though I only needed a microwave. Compared to other Hilton hotels, this experience was below average, and we won’t be returning. About 80% of the staff were unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Our upstairs lounge in the duplex unit was never cleaned, and when we requested towels, it took two trips to reception and one phone call over the span of an hour to finally receive them. The response times from staff were absolutely shocking.

Location shower bed and breackfast

Liked: Really good location, really good bed and and really good pressure on the shower, thats all my most important things when staying at a hotel, and that Hilton hotel was excellent.
Disliked: Our room was a bit noisy, but the managers helped us whit that.

Overall very pleasant hotel with...

Liked: Paid extra to upgrade one room out of the two rooms booked! I did request that the should an upgraded room be possible it had to be with a shower only ( not shower over the bath) as my sister needed that option. However on checking into the upgraded room it was a shower over the bath! So I had to have that room instead of her! She didn’t receive the extra treat in the end! Didn’t change it though !The staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly helpful ! By mistake I had only paid for one of us for breakfast instead of for two of us! They were kind enough to give me a complimentary voucher for the second person!
Disliked: Overall it was fine, great location near two tube stations etc! The breakfast dining room was very tired! Could do with a revamp! I would definitely book it again tho as it is in such a great location!!

Loved this hotel

Liked: Fabulous hotel! Excellent location right beside tube station and across from Hyde Park. Absolutely loved our room! The staff were extremely pleasant on check-in and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be booking again for my next trip to London!

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean, easily accessible from tube
Disliked: Room smelt of eggs, downgraded my room. However gave us 30%off and free breakfast.
