Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: There was a cockroach crawling across the floor by check in. The lift was slow and small. Our room was directly outside the lift which had an excessively loud door leading to it that banged very loud every single time somebody went through it. The banging of the door continued through the night and early morning. There were a few bugs in our room and the housekeeping did not replace the coffee pods and bottled water everyday.

Disliked: I can say this is the oldest hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms are generally very small, old, and smell musty. There’s an insect problem in the bathroom. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the back, and since all the building's air conditioning units were located there, I could hear the noise inside the room (despite the double-glazed windows). The breakfast selection is quite limited. The only advantage is that it’s right next to the metro.

Liked: This is not my first time staying at a Hilton property, but this place has nothing to do with the Hilton standard.Breakfast is very basic, with just croissants. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m., and the hotel doors are locked, only accessible by ringing a bell.The rooms are dirty, and the carpets are extremely unclean—the original colour of the carpet is hardly visible. There are bugs, especially in the bathroom. The room windows cannot be opened, and the lack of ventilation combined with the carpet's bad smell triggered all my allergies.In short, the location is the only positive aspect of this hotel, unfortunately. All the issues I mentioned could have been much better.
