A good transit hotel

Liked: Paul the doorman/consierge was very helpful and friendly. It is clean, but the bed was too firm for my liking. There is no longer a pool. It is about a 15 minute walk over a sky bridge to connect to T4, which is a little difficult with luggage and a disability. A buggy service would be beneficial.
Disliked: The restaurant menu was not very allergy friendly.

Usual aiport hotel

Liked: Friendly staff, good food in the bar, comfortable bed.
Disliked: It has a bit run down and used look. You can see it used to be an old building that's reconstructed to hotel rooms. Bunch of dirty dishes in the hallways. Parts of the bathroom (shower, toilet seat, bin) have been broken. Definitely overpriced for what you get, so all in all - usual airport hotel.

Hilton London Heathrow T4 stay...

Liked: I like the closeness to Heathrow Airport. Hotel environment clean. Breakfast good with varieties to choose from. Courteous and always smiling staff.Thanks to Aisha at the restaurant. She always want to satisfy customers. She was helpful during breakfast
Disliked: Power cut which kept me and a friend in the Lift for about 5 minutes on 6th Nov 2024. Not really good for Hilton image. My friend was disturbed and only my presence inside the lift with her was her courage as she was going to tears of panic.The alarm in the lift did not work and we were banging the lift door panel.Staff kept assuring us till when light was restored

Great hotel for an overnight...

Liked: Used this hotel as an overnight stop for terminal 4 which was very close, only a quick walk along the sky bridge and you're in the terminal.We were given a room upgrade which was great, and the bar downstairs was a nice break to have a drink.
Disliked: Nothing, as we weren't there long enough!

Comfortable room and ideal airport...

Liked: Location was ideal as there was a walkway or a bus that delivered to other terminals.Helpful and friendly staff particularly at the front desk.
