With 398 guest rooms which includes executive rooms and stylish suites for the ultimate in luxury the hotel also offers guests a whole host of amenities. Along with an onsite gym fitness lovers can take advantage of the running and walking trails in the parklands around the hotel or enjoy a meal snack or drink in one of the three OXBO dining experiences which are available from early morning until late at night. Liked: For an airport hotel the friendliness and quality of service were exceptional. Thank you.

Disappointing

Disliked: The staff in the restaurant and bar didn’t speak English and didn’t understand English. The vegetarian/vegan options were very sad. The quality of food was poor. The chef should taste the food they serve. The service was terrible. And you shouldn’t add service charge to the bills automatically.

Disliked: Ordered my drink at 14:57, the lady said she couldn’t do cocktails so I need to wait for a bartender. In the end have to order drinks again as nobody put it in the system and got my drinks at 15:22 only!

Liked: Walking distance to T4 about 5/10 mins, nice clean room with good breakfast. Bring drink or snacks with you as they looked expensive in the hotel as expected.
