Good hotel, great for T5...
Liked: Lovely staff. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Nice bathroom. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Second visit. Will probably stay again even with the bed.
Disliked: The beds are too hard for my liking.

Disliked: The staff and service in the restaurant were below standard. I would expect. The staff and manager for the breakfast in the restaurant did well

We enjoyed our stay!
Liked: My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent, especially the accessible and spacious room that perfectly accommodated my friend, who uses a wheelchair. We were also impressed by the food at the restaurant—everything was delicious and full of flavor both breakfast and dinner. The spa, steam room, and sauna were fantastic additions that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Disliked: Although the room price is on the higher side, it is justified given the hotel's prime location. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. On the second day, my friend wanted to use the pool before checkout, but it was still covered, even though the spa is advertised to open at 12 noon. This might be worth addressing, as some guests, particularly those with mobility or health concerns, may rely on access to these facilities, especially after long flights. Additionally, robes and slippers were not provided in the room by default; we had to request them, which may not be immediately clear to new guests.Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for the overall experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

Disappointing compared to other Hilton’s.
Liked: Room was average.
Disliked: No one to help us with our luggage, no trolley. There was broken light fittings at bed.Late wake up call. No-one to help us out with luggage. Disabled parking was difficult to find and was unlit. Disabled entrance did not wok. Button did not depress and pillar was loose.
