Convenient Gatwick Hotel for early...

Liked: We stayed because of an early morning flight. Location was great and easy to get to with the Gatwick Express from Victoria Station in central London. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We had a late night snack downstairs and it was very good. Shower only (no tub) but water pressure was very good.
Disliked: They didn't put any glasses in the bathroom for tooth brushing. We had to use the water glasses on the desk.

Disliked: It’s just totally soulless and so big it takes 15 mins to walk to reception!

Liked: Excellent location as we needed an overnight stay as we were catching an early morning flight
Disliked: No hot water in the morning. I raised this with reception when checking out on the 10th April & was told the manager would get in touch to date we’ve had no contact
