Good location & transport links...

Liked: Great location for access to 02 and transport links. Good size twin room. Friendly and helpful staff. Room quiet
Disliked: Bit bland in decor and atmosphere . Tea /coffee facilities only 1 teabag each!

overall good, room service a...

Liked: I liked the location, room size, overall facilities and breakfast was great. The staff were awesome also from the guys on the desk through to the guys at breakfast
Disliked: We ordered room service and paid £39 for two burnt pizza's that were sparce on the toppings. I was very disappointed and affect my stay negatively. I honestly would have been better with a couple oven pizza from Tesco would have been more generous with toppings and better in flavour
