Liked: Lovely staff, great location for the o2, room was bright and cleaned. Loved the personal touch of the hand written note and chocolates from house keeping!

Liked: The lighting was difficult to operate. I didn't have any lights in my bathroom because the switches were linked to other lights in the room. It is not user friendly. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and made noise every time it was stepped on. There was no water bottles and no snack bar which is important for those with long trips and too tired to go get something to eat or drink immediately. However, the only reason I'll be back to this property is the staff are the best. They are extremely helpful, always happy to extend services.

Friendly professional hotel. Very clean.

Liked: Great location for attending local uni. Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was noise from water pipes which I appreciate is difficult due to age of building, however when others having showers after 11pm or from 5am made it difficult to sleep.Would have be nice to have been offered something as a second time visit/stay. Staff only wanted to offer to members. As this was through same booking company it was easy to recognise and would have been a nice gesture.
