Excellent premium hotel apart from...

Liked: Hotel is very well finished and furnished, large luxurious bedroom and bathroom. Staff very approachable and helpful.
Disliked: Bedroom did not have a window! Or at least it was frosted so it was dark and impossible to see out. Also breakfast at £25/head was far too expensive, compounded by an automatic 12.5% service charge added on when there was no service, breakfast was self service!!

Disliked: The bed was the biggest problem…. The 3 nights I stay my body itch every time was in the bed couldn’t sleep because of that reason. Definitely it had bed bugs or something. I flew to Paris and the hotel I’m at I sleep like I’m home.
