Liked: Nice big room, comfy bed, nice bathroom
Disliked: No smart TV so there was nothing to watch. The room lacked character and final finishes. It’s a scam as the deluxe room is the same as normal really but yet they charge an extra £50. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm either. The whole building is covered with scaffolding

good, well positioned clean hotel...

Liked: breakfast had a very good choice and staff were very polite and attentive.First room had no windows, but staff were able to move us to a better room at a slight cost increase.We had room service on the first evening due to late arrival - Miro was extremely polite - food was delivered quickly and was very good - A little expensive but it is london and room service!!!
Disliked: The hot food at breakfast wasn't that hot - the scrambled eggs were tepid and the sausages only just warm. this was both mornings - this is a minor point though.
