Lovely place to stay; clean and fresh; close to the nightlife. Will be coming back.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: The location
Disliked: The shower head had 9 holes!! Very slow with little power/water!The room was dusty Couldn’t get warm as the temp was pre set Breakfast… fruit tasted sour, made me wonder how long it had been there for.

Lovely stay with 1 negative

Liked: Room and facilities faultless
Disliked: The only negative experience with the Hilton is still waiting for the £50 breakage charge to be put back onto my debit card. We stayed March 1st and as of now March 8th it's still not been refunded back, I probably wouldn't return to the Hilton over this which has put a dampner on what was a lovely stay.

Great location overall room ok...

Liked: Overall setting was nice
Disliked: Issues with the bathroom including tiles that were not grouted and wobbly and made a noise and a rust stain on the carpet from floor lamp

Excellent we had the best...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent so much choice, our room was lovely (although I did think I was getting a bathrobe and slippers but was told that was an executive room but we had all the other amenities for an executive so not sure re that) also one down point was their was tiles broken in our bathroom and the door hinge was broken which we reported on our next day but although they said was going to fix they didn't but the rooms were lovely and roomy and the large long windows was a lovely treat when we walked in at night and see everything lit up. The beds were the best I had ever slept in the comfiness was exception and the pillows I would have liked to have taken home. The bar had live entertainment which was great Saturday night so we stayed in the bar., The location is the best we were on top of everything everything in walking distance and it looks impressive when you look at the hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel and would definitely love to come back

Disliked: That you order a taxi for us to go to Manchester And told us it was 60 quid but the taxi driver that you recommendedcost 120 pounds one way And ye only take card at the bar you don’t take cash other than that fantastic Hotel will stay again

Liked: Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, large rooms, perfect location. Great breakfast.
