Great location, decent facilities, staff...

Liked: Great location, fabulous breakfast options - the chap in charge of breakfast was friendly, welcoming, really professional. V comfy room, all nice and clean, crisp linen.
Disliked: Tried multiple times over the course of three days to get through to the hotel on the phone as I had a few queries - nobody ever answered the phone. Reception staff professional but not especially friendly or particularly welcoming. Bar drinks were, predictably, ridiculously expensive - nearly £15 for a double G&T.

Disliked: no shower gel - I did tell reception but didn't get any in the morningshower head kept moving when in the shower which was frustrating. The shower head looked and felt very cheaptwo knocks on our door in the morning, which woke us up The room looked tired lack of lighting
