Lovely place to stay; clean and fresh; close to the nightlife. Will be coming back.

Disliked: The hotel was well situated and the staff ere lovely the only downside was the breakfast it was £15 and wasnt the best , the bacon wasnt grilled and looked more like it was boiled and looked just about cooked and to be fair there wasnt much variety and not a lot in the serving trays , apart from that everything was great

Great experience

Liked: Staff were very good, Raymond was exceptional, he was very attentive as to why we were there (I took my granddaughter as a treat for her 16th birthday) and made it so special for her.

Complete disappointment

Liked: The hotel was in a central location
Disliked: Really disappointed it ruined our anniversary. The other guests were so loud, banging and screaming all night. People were having arguments and it was going on all night into the morning. We did not have a wink of sleep and did not enjoy our stay. Hardly any staff in the bar. Had to wait very long time for service. I would like someone to contact me.

Liked: Well situated hotel, handy to everything, comfortable bed, breakfast was great however the Guinness was really poor and overpriced, £6.50 a pint and round the corner in the Irish bar £4.00 for a much better pint.
