Would not recommend. Shame really...

Liked: The reception staff were polite and helpful
Disliked: Stains on the floor, not very clean. Tiny bathroom. No room service. Water was going down very slowly while taking a shower.

Never booking Hilton leicester again....

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: No help from staff at desk when checking into our room very late in the night, despite carrying a baby and several luggage! Ended up taking the stairs due to poor directions! Odd lighting in the room. All the lights stay on or stay off so pointless having a night light!No blinds behind curtains - no privacyUnfriendly staff - holding doors for guests is non-existent. No water bottles even though kettle and hot drinks facilities were available (I thought water bottles were a standard requirement for a room like this)Never booking Hilton leicester again. Standards have dropped massively from when I stayed here 13 years ago. Service at Marriott leicester was 100 x better overall!

Liked: Nothing stood out enough to like anything in particular.
Disliked: Not being able to use the pool on arrival because it was booked up. Even though we had rung ahead to see if we needed to book and we were told that we didn’t need to. We had a very disappointed five year old with us who was very upset when told that we couldn’t use the pool. The pool was the main reason for staying here. We were given 2 free drinks at the bar for compensation but there was 3 in our party so we still had to pay for one of them.
