Location good, everything else not...
Liked: Location excellent foe where I needed to be
Disliked: Room had big stains on the carpet, fan in the bathroom never shut off. As I was waking to the room the corridors smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.Staff didn't want to help and was quite rude when I asked if they had any dairy free milk as I have an allergy I just got told no and then when I me tinned I couldn't drink the milk in the room due to an allergy they reluctantly went to have a look and found some.Room really needs updating big stains on the carpet, sink cracked and ripped wallpaper. Shower was very small I had to stand sideway to wash my hair otherwise I was touching the side and the shower curtain would stick to me.Overall very disappointed and not worth the price I paid

Adequate.
Liked: The beds were at least comfortable and a fan was provided. The gym was good for a workout on the go but the facilities even there were outdated slightly and cramped.
Disliked: For the price it seemed in lots of ways inferior to cheaper brands. No Aircon in rooms, the fixings in the bathroom were rusted and brown. We thought we'd treat ourselves to a hotel experience better than the budget hotels we usually go for, however, we won't be going Hilton again.

Lovely, friendly and clean!

Disappointing
Disliked: Tried to charge us for a double booking when we arrived , the room we paid for was eventually given to another couple who had the same name who booked through booking . Com Lady on desk said we had to pay for 2 rooms as it was after 24hr cancellation to which we refused Paid for a double bed for my son ended up getting sofa bed not the room we paid for .Eventually we meet a couple who had the same name who had there’s cancelled because they thought we double booked this was done through booking.com No apology and caused a bit a stress when we arrived for our night away with our son

Disliked: shower over a bath with curtain ! very 1970's
