Liked: lovely hotel very near to shops great location staff friendly and room was very comfortable ordered room service did not wait long will definitely stay here again
Disliked: it was a little cold when sat in bar area .

We’re do you start beds...

Liked: Nothing stood out to say what you liked
Disliked: We’re do you start beds are like sleeping on brick walls staff not very helpful as we had to ask two days about getting covers for sofa bed the child had to stay on and never turned up so child had to sleep in his clothes and then fire alarm going off 6 am staff don’t give a crap once the money was paid
