Liked: Convenience, location and parking. Quiet considering position. Good shower and bed.
Disliked: No tea and coffee in room. Room small if staying longer.

Liked: Close to Leeds Railway Station. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Room was very warm. Bar closed at 11pm when literature stated "open late". Almost had to beg for extra milk sachets for room..

Great stay - would recommend

Liked: Fantastic location.Hotel reception and bar is very modern.Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was 5 star!
Disliked: The room itself could do with a refresh.Bathroom is absolutely fine and pretty modern, but the furniture in the room is a little outdated.Pillows were my biggest issue - my head completely sunk into them, they need a firm option. Small thing, but there’s no plug on both sides of the bed. So strange and feels like a basic expectation. Also doesn’t matter to everyone, but modern hotels now have smart TVs, especially if you plan to spend some time in your room. It makes a little bit of a difference.

Disliked: The room opposite our room, decided to have sex with multiple naked occupants, leaving the room door open, for everyone to see. My husband even got propositioned, by the woman Which he was not happen about and told them to close the door. The woman was very loud she was obviously enjoying herself. And twice our door was knocked on. So all in all not a good stay.
