Small Town Luxury

Liked: Lake Taupo was beautiful...accomodation was located on the outskirts of town, but it was so easy to get around
Disliked: If you didn't have your own transport might be a bit frustrating. We did walk to town but it was a hike!

Liked: Easily located, beautiful views, great room, peaceful with a touch of class. Loved the spa and staff were friendly. Best room service meal the truffle fries were delivered nice and hot and the heirloom tomatoes were lovely and fresh

So another family tried to enter my room quite aggressively Door card wouldn't work after a swim.Could call reception line busyStaff helpful but clearly embarrassed and annoyed..with me.

Disliked: Very tired property , understaffed. Had to wait for room to be ready beyond check in time . Next day room was not cleaned at all . Rang reception twice before someone came to sort out room . Grubby grout in showers . Safe not working .
