This is a big hotel...

Liked: Nice rooms and staff
Disliked: This hotel needs an update. Not enough electrical outlets or chargers for phones and tablets. Once nice trim is a bit off and scuffed.

Overall good but cleanliness was...

Liked: Close to restaurants and staff was nice.
Disliked: Sinks backed up. Floor was visibly dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Food and dishes left out in the hallway in front of at least 10 rooms from the time Lee checked in at 4pm until we went back in our room at 10pm incredibly dirty.

Liked: A beautiful hotel just a half hour off the strip, tucany-style premise with a very nice patio, large rooms with comfy beds, nothing to critisize.

Disliked: No hot water in bath tubs

Very much let down.

Liked: The hotel has nice restaurants and shops on the property that we're walkable. The views were incredible. The rooms were big and spacious.
Disliked: The hotel was dated and the furniture was obviously old with lots of wear and dings . This hotel is passed due for a remodeling. The sofa bed was awful. The mattress the worst. Old most likely not replaced since the hotel opened. The cushions were also old and tired. My father had to put the cushions on top of the mattress inorder to even be minimally comfortable to sleep. It was just awful. Plus the fact that in the description of the room I thought a double room queen would be 2 rooms. When I was looking on line it showed 2 bedrooms. How it was a tiny cramped room with two double beds. Not at all what I thought I was getting. So I had pay premium to upgrade to a king suite to have some privacy for our party. If I'd have know this I would have e just remained at the Platinum Hotel near the strip. It was fabulous for the price and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
