It was nice relaxing trip...

Liked: Food was great, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was great but just a suggestion that there wasn’t any enough options for vegetarian meals or Halal food. Lots of Muslims travel and stay there but was hard to order food because limited choices.

Disliked: Front desk sometimes didn’t answer the calls but it’s all good everyone busy haha

Liked: Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.
Disliked: Coffee creamer in the room was terrible.

Liked: The rooms are very clean. The pool is nice, with beautiful views of the lake
Disliked: Unfortunately I had booked breakfast included with booking and the hotel made me pay for the children's breakfast despite my explanations and evidence. Appearing when we book breakfast on the booking site, it is only for adults, but we are not offered the option on booking. Usually it is included for all family members which makes sense...
