Liked: Clean; spacious.
Disliked: Check-in staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was cold. The shower water was never hot. The sink ran so long I gave up and brushed my teeth in cold water. There were no robes for the pool. I was told at booking, breakfast was included. Not so. I was told at booking the parking across the street was $10/day. Not true. I expected more from the Hilton.

Everything was very nice and clean and staff very helpful. Probably the best part was how large the suites are. It was so convenient to everything. I will book this hotel again if we are back in Indy.

Liked: The rooms are very large and comfy.
Disliked: 120 West restaurant was way too slow in getting our meal. We could have been late for our concert and we had allowed plenty of time.

I would stay again but...

Liked: Really enjoyed the spacious clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Hot showers, nice view.

Disliked: No bathtub made bathing the baby difficult. Older property overall so our allergies were nuts

Disliked: What I don’t understand about expensive hotels is why the WiFi isn’t free, it’s free at all economy hotels but not expensive ones..they just seem to want to squeeze as much as they can…parking was overpriced as well

Liked: The room was spacious, and the bed was warm - perfect for a good nights sleep. Great bathroom
Disliked: Incredibly over priced. While I understood that location made for an expensive room, the fee brought the rate up and additional $100 from the original cost that was already very high for a onebed/one night stay. I called to the front desk at 1am, to complain of someone playing the drums below us, and they responded that its the jazz fest this weekend. As if I should just accept paying that much to stay somewhere overnight, and not even be able to sleep due to someone drumming. In their room. At 1am. Come to find out, enough people near my floor complained during check out the next morning about the same thing, that they offered a complimentary breakfast. But it DID bother me, that when I alone made the complaint at the time, it wasn't convincing enough to be an issue.
