The location and beach was...
Liked: Location and beach was nice.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t great…. Some were rude and most didn’t know anything or pretended not to know any questions I had.

Disappointing
Disliked: Booked a premium room at a premium rate on a Friday night for the fireworks and a special evening planned, however were only informed of show cancellation at check-in. There was no notification of it by email early enough to decide to cancel or postpone booking - the hotel could have easily checked the weather forecast a few days early and let us know of a cancellation to a scheduled program.

Comfortable and well located.
Liked: Location is great, food options are good, the beach is beautiful and the Friday fireworks show was amazing. Also staff were very kind.
Disliked: Parking is very expensive. I paid the same for parking in the hotel than for the rent of the car.

Nice resort if everything was...
Liked: The location is good, close to main Waikiki shops and shopping centre. Our room was spacious and fit the 5 of us easily.
Disliked: Strike on at the time of our stay which we were not notified about. Nothing against the workers striking at all even though it definitely disrupted our stay due to the noise and a lot cafe's, bars etc not being open. We were told we would receive our Resort Fee back, it's been a month and we still haven't received it and Hilton are not responding to the multiple emails I have sent. During our stay we did not receive any cleaning for rooms and were just told to go to Level 19 to retrieve new towels, toilet paper etc. The lack of response from Hilton and the fact that we have not been returned our money that we were told at the hotel was going to happen has been the most disappointing thing.
