Liked: Booking online through ConcertHotels was very simple. The Hilton staff greeted us with that great southern hospitality during check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definetly stay again.

Liked: The facility was great and we didn't get breakfast, but it was available and free.
Disliked: We booked with the intention of using the restaurant and bar and not leave the hotel because it was new years eve. However the front desk informed us they had "already closed for the evening" and it was only 7 or 8 at night.

Liked: The property was in a great location
Disliked: The only real complaint is front desk. Staff was not friendly. She was not hospitable and did not live up to the Hilton reputation. The room was nice and clean, but did not have an iron and staff was not available to accommodate extra linen. When I called them to the front desk to make the inquiry, the reception was extremely cold. The front desk attendant was not pleasant at all.

Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location, like the other hotels around this area. 10.00 parking for the length of stay with lots of spots to choose from.
Disliked: When checking in there was a gentleman approaching me, trying to engage me in a conversation and touching my arm while slurring. The hotel staff didn’t say anything or told the man to leave, it made me very uncomfortable being left on my own to try to not have him touch me or see my room number. There was no smile on the staffs face that evening either, I felt like an inconvenience asking a simple question. The hotel rooms are very outdated and completely overpriced. One of the pillow fillings was yellow, and the bedding itself was old and stained. The sink wouldn’t drain properly either.
