Liked: Booking online through ConcertHotels was very simple. The Hilton staff greeted us with that great southern hospitality during check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definetly stay again.

This is a trip my daughter and I will do every time we visit Greenville.

Liked: Love the hotel but my reservation was cancelled the day I was supposed to check in because of an entry error on the debit card billing address. This caused a huge inconvenience to me.
Disliked: I was unable to check email the day my reservation was canceled due to being in work meetings and when I reached out around 4pm I was told my 2 night reservation was canceled and no rooms were available.

Great weekend getaway
Liked: Nearly everything. The convenience of location to downtown Greenville.
Disliked: The road noise from the highway/interstate was very noticeable at all hours.

Liked: Locations was great. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Parking fee is ridiculous and $16+Breakfast fee for powdered eggs and greasy bacon is not something I will be doing again. Seems a bit too much for these items considering other hotels have similar breakfasts and no Parking fee. Also, the Pillows looked like they havent been cleaned in Many Many nights. Pillow protectors, Not the exterior pillowcase, but a layer under the case was yellow dingy. Kind of gross. Where was the Restaurant? it was listed on website but I didnt see it anywhere. No signs

Liked: Dinner 9/26 was delicious. Staff was attentive, friendly and professional. Manager was attentive. Her management skills would be helpful for your front desk.
Disliked: Hurricane conditions led to power outages; staff customer service unacceptable. I inquired about food/availability, power restoration, or relocation. My food inquiry resulted in a “Google it” response. We had not eaten all day. Without available info/power, we had no idea what our next steps should be or how to obtain food. As a result, (9/27/24 afternoon) we felt we needed to relocate to secure food. When we requested adjustment to our bill, we were told no. There was a young gentleman that appeared sympathetic to our plight.
