Liked: The location is perfect! Right on the beach. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach. There are plenty of restaurants and activities around the hotel to visit as well

GOOD NOT GREAT

Liked: The location was great. What's not to like about Oceanfront? Overall the room was good, but lacking in proper cleaning.
Disliked: Staff was just ok...friendly, but not very welcoming...except for the Valet people who were great. Calling guest services, had to wait some time for anyone to answer. The floors in the unit were filthy with black grime. It was in every part of the 2bdr, 2bth unit. Not so visible to the eye, but very noticeable on bottom of feet and shoes. When the bathroom floor got damp from showering, it stuck to your feet or shoe souls. Also, the shower head in the Master, had black dirt/bacteria on some of the holes...we didn't use it because of this. One of the bottles on the shower wall simply fell off without anyone having touched it. Also, there were no rubber utensils for cooking. The dining room chairs made annoying, loud noise when pulled out, or slid back...this noise was noticeable from adjoining rooms and from above rooms.No real privacy on the balconies since they're made with that 3-5 inch gap on each one.

Liked: In a good central location right on the water. Newer clean room and amenities. Staff was great.
Disliked: Nothing
