This was my first stay...

Disliked: The room I stayed in was really cold. I adjusted the thermostat but the temperature did not change. I called and requested facilities to come to assist and no one ever showed up.The remote in the bedroom did not work. I called the front desk and she stated it might needed to be charged. The charger in the bedroom kept disconnecting from the charging pad.

Overall our stay was amazing....

Liked: Spacious and very comfortable.
Disliked: The issue with the tv.

Liked: Everything! Very respectful and helpful staff, loved the view from the room we got on the 12th floor!
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Washer was extremely loud. HVAC was loud too but not too much of an issue

Liked: Everything- facilities, elevators, proximity to restaurants
Disliked: Valet staff the night I arrived. Morning staff was amazing

My stay was good!

Liked: I love the cleanliness and how the staff made me feel welcomed. Ava, Jeff, Christian, and the young lady who works with him are awesome! They have excellent customer service. I love it and I will most certainly be back! And with my family next time.
Disliked: The Hot tub inside was not hot and there was no towels. I had to go outside in the cold to get towels.
