Overall beautiful location and property....

Liked: Location, well maintained property, beautiful spacious room, friendly staff, ability to visit the other properties, proximity to the shops.
Disliked: The floor was quite dirty as I assumed previous guest wear their shoes inside. The hot tub’s hot water wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it in the room. The hot tub at the pool also wasn’t working. The internet & service in the area was quite slow. When reaching out to the front desk of a missing item, they were not able to locate it, pointing to the fact this may be typical behavior for housekeeping staff.

Liked: Comfort, view and convenience to restaurants and shopping make it an ideal get-away.
Disliked: A 4:00 pm check -in is late, but our room wasn’t ready until after 5:00 pm. When I requested a 2 hour late check-out at 11:00 am, I was denied. My reservation for a 2 bedroom unit listed 6 occupants, but only 4 sets of towels/amenities were in the room.
