Aside for the towel issue,...

Liked: Comfort, view and convenience to restaurants and shopping make it an ideal get-away.
Disliked: A 4:00 pm check -in is late, but our room wasn’t ready until after 5:00 pm. When I requested a 2 hour late check-out at 11:00 am, I was denied. My reservation for a 2 bedroom unit listed 6 occupants, but only 4 sets of towels/amenities were in the room.

Dissappointing experience

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: We weren’t able to get in our room until 6 when check in was 4 which resulted in the inability to use the slides that closed at 5, groceries spoiling that we picked up at store on way to resort and delay of our trip.

We loved the pool, room...

Liked: Breakfast not included
Disliked: Having a cafe or restaurant on site. except at the pool until 5:30 pm.
