Best of Ballater

Liked: Beautiful location, was given a free room upgrade to super suite. A short walk into Ballater. Facilities were first class. Huge swimming pool and spa free to guests.

Liked: Facilities were good.
Disliked: Car parking. Spaces are far too narrow for modern quality cars. Remove on space from each parking area and allow another 300mm width per bay?

Beautiful setting expensive for what...

Liked: Nice Clean suite
Disliked: Bathroom very small impossible to have more than one person using it at a time ( cleaning teeth etc.. ) Pillows ridiculously soft. Gave us both a sore neck as we just ended up with them so flat it was like lying on the mattress without a pillow. Cleaner attended one day in our 3 night stay and was surprised the towels were not changed in that time.
