Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: Location of hotel was excellent - close to Lake Michigan / Navy Pier, Michigan Ave / Magnificent Mile, many restaurants within walking distance, plus there was a grocery store right next door. One bedroom suite was spacious with nice furnishings, great TVs, a small kitchenette, and lots of space in the bathroom for toiletries and hanging damp towels. Elevator was prompt and free WiFi was speedy. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby also.The texting system for checking on guests was friendly and very responsive when a problem was reported.
Disliked: Other than the mentioned staff involved with the texting system and responding to problems, other hotel staff was unfriendly and even rude. The front desk staff was not the least bit responsive when we tried to resolve an issue. The biggest disappointment was housekeeping (although our room was very clean upon check-in). We were asked when we checked in whether we wanted daily housekeeping service and we indicated that we did want that. But housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay and we had to text each evening to obtain towels, coffee supplies, and toilet paper. We had to change out our own trash and left it outside the door in the hall. Then on the morning of our departure, a housekeeper entered our room at 8:30am and asked when we expected to leave!

Great stay at a fantastic...

Liked: The hotel is very well situated and close to all the skyscrapers and Michigan Avenue. Excellent pool area with lots of seats, loungers and cabanas.Fridge in room was convenient and poolside view spectacular.
Disliked: It would have been good to supply proper cutlery, plates and cups.Only other downside was Starbucks on are on the BDS boycott list supply their coffee.

Liked: Super close to Mag Mile and Navy Pier. Amazing restaurants on the block. Clean, quiet, the blackout curtains were absolutely amazing!

In short I’d rate my...

Liked: I booked the king suite and I was definitely pleased with my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The bathroom shower is amazing and the bed is so cozy and soft.
Disliked: The parking garage hallways could definitely use some maintenance as they were dingy and foul smelling.

Pleasant experience will likely return

Disliked: Hard to find on gps while walking lol
