Liked: Clean , cost and the hot tub

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable beds. I enjoyed the hot tub.
Disliked: I forgot a few expensive items behind and when I called to retrieve them I was told that the items were not there. I am certain that they were left in a droor underneath the sink. I understand the hotel carries a ‘no responsibility’ policy for items left behind.. I don’t want to accuse anyone from the team for stealing them but it makes it very hard to believe that my items have suddenly disappeared.

Liked: Clean Sheets clean Shampoo etc smelled nice Close to mountain Staff nice and helpful
Disliked: No house coatsThe ironing board was dirty and stained The clothing cabinet was in an inconvenient spot

Disliked: We needed tea bags and really good coffee for the morning not decafs and herbal tea which won’t give us any energy in the morning…probably make it breakfast included coz it’s not a small price that we pay for each night ….
