Liked: Although it was dated it was comfortable. Great size and comfortable seating area. We stayed less than 24 hours so not sufficient time to do any cooking or experience the room fully.
Disliked: The main bathroom toilet would run every time it was flushed. We had to take the lid off and move the flapper to get the water to stop running. We had to call to get the Chromecast to work. These are annoyances that guests should not have to worry about especially since we were there for less than 24 hours. We didn't want to spend time having to deal with maintenance issues. The hotel should check to ensure that everything is in working order before guests check in. Check in time is too late (4pm) and check out time is too early (10am). This should be reviewed and policy should accommodate the occupancy level of the hotel. There was no one coming in after us and there were lots of rooms (you can tell from the amount of cars in the parking lot). No one was skiing due to the snow melt and weather conditions. (April). It should not have been a problem to extend check out to noon. This would have gone over so well with our group giving us an extra few hours to hang out.
