Great location on the strip,...

Liked: The building is build in the 90s, but refurbished (mind the old elevator) and has a lot of "features" often missing in new buildings - like thick walls that limit noise from adjacent rooms or thick windows that limit noise from outside. There was construction just outside our windows in the flamingo and we couldn't hear when inside.
Disliked: Peaceful atmosphere of the hotel and at the same time great location. It's "on the strip", but still quiet.

Decent place to stay

Liked: The room was fairly large. Easy walk to the Strip and the Sphere. The room was clean. The staff that we encountered were all very nice. The elevators are really fast. Pretty quiet except for the pool renovation next door.
Disliked: The mattress wasn't very comfortable.
