A very central hotel.

Liked: Central location, spacious and comfortable room.
Disliked: No access to Flamingo pool which was VERY noisy. Hilton pool was good although there was a lack of consideration from other residents by reserving sun beds VERY early, lack of staff supervision.

Front office people not professional.

Liked: The room was very good.The parking is free close to the hotel.
Disliked: The people at the front office are very specials.When I came the first time at the front office, I gave the name of the hotel asking if it was the good hotel and the girl told me that it was not and sent me in another direction, crazy. And she did not check my name. For tourism information they were not friendly.Just the guy during the check out was nice and professional.

Liked: The room was great, spacious and clean, more like an apartment than a room, with a washing machine and a drier what was amazing considering we are on a road trip. The location of the hotel is also very good- close to everything but in the same time in relatively calm location. The parking space is located in the flamingo hotel parking garage but it’s close to Hilton. However better unpack while checking in. No one bothered us with time sharing what was the reason for which we have chosen this hotel.
Disliked: The staff was not super welcoming. They all look like tired with they job and unhappy that they need to do that. Don’t bother to add any special request or try to do any type a contact via booking. No one reads it. I’ve asked for a room with windows not on the side of Flamingo hotel (which btw is a day club, what means at the swimming pool everyday there is a party since 11 or so till 7pm I would say). Of course my room was with windows at the flamingo swimming pool, at 4th floor which makes it basically super impacted. However I was not spending much time in the hotel so I didn’t bother. But if you plan to chill at the swimming pool, this is not an option for you (because of the party at flamingo)
