Terrible check in experience. Great...

Liked: Beautiful property with great views of the ocean and very clean
Disliked: Front desk staff. They were polite and yet failed to make you feel welcome. Check in was a disaster because the internet was down, took over an hour to get a room assignment. The lobby was packed with people waiting, yet no formal announcement to the group about the problem or apology for the delays. Managing expectations of customers is extremely important and helps calm impatience and frustration.

Family Vacation

Liked: My son is wheelchair dependent and having a balcony that is accessible is a game changer!!! he was able to enjoy the view with everyone else in the comfort of his power wheelchair instead of having to be lifted out of his and placed in a chair
Disliked: parking is ridiculous!! garage is 2 streets over
