Liked: Staff were lovely except for a guy who brought additional tea and milk (only 2 tea bags and milk pots in room on arrival) and hovered for a tip.
Disliked: Checked in just after lunch. Room was roasting and thermostat didn't seem to be working. Reported it to the housekeeper who agreed and said she'd call maintenance. We then went out. Came back about 11.30pm and room was still extremely hot (this was March). Tried to sleep on top of the bed but eventually got up at 6am because it was so hot and stuffy and had a cool bath! Heard apparent maintenance work going on overhead and fan came on shortly after. A pity it hadn't been done when first reported.

Liked: It’s my daughter birthday and the 3 rd year in a row we have been. All the staff were incredible but especially the restaurant manager and breakfast staff who were absolute legends, we will see them again next year.

Liked: Beautifully decorated hotel, very modern. Room was very spacious, bed a little too firm for me but I have a bad back so picky about mattresses lol
Disliked: feather pillowsbreakfast area where food is felt a little cramp when busyhotel is right beside motorway, not most scenic view
