Exceptional

Liked: The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Booking.com information re: the address took both my daughter and me (coming from different locations and both using GPS) to the wrong place. When I tried to call the hotel at the number provided, I got an answering machine. We found the correct phone number by going to the Hilton website. Someone should check that information on booking.com and make the appropriate changes.

Good hotel, but shop around...

Liked: Good hotel, safe and clean. Parking is free and very accesible.
Disliked: Too expensive per night for the offering. I actually think there was an error in this rate for the room we were placed in.

Very convenient, clean and comfy

Liked: Close to Rollins college with many dinning options at walking distance. Large room, very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was decent. Only coffee, no lattes. I paid extra for breakfast with two guests staying in the room but found out only one person had breakfast included. Should have gone to a Starbucks.

Liked: Beautiful building
Disliked: There was nothing there that was complimentary- no coffee, no breakfast - nothingAlso when we arrive at 1am the computers were auditing and we could not check in: we had to sit in the lobby and wait 30 min to get called to the desk to get in a room. Nothing was offered which as bottle of water or anything.Hospitality has been better for me at Holiday Inn or other choice hotels.

ok hotel

Liked: nice, modern interiors, large rooms, comfortable beds, wholefoods market and a lot of other shops within walking distance. ok breakfast, you can order omlettes
Disliked: I asked for 30 minute late check-out (11:30) and the girl wouldn't give me even 15 minutes. first time ever I encounteded such strict and stupid approach. I don't believe they have so many room service people that all the rooms are cleaned at the same time. air-con system is also faulty. you can turn of the air conditioning - which I do to save myself from the noice, but you in this hotel the fans are still running at full speed, so it's noisy at night.
