Lovely Christmas time with Family

Liked: It was an excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mr. Milquiades received us pleasantly and ensured we had a great stay - Thank you! Our waiter was amazing with us during our breakfast at the Garden Grill, food was delicious. Everyone was attentive and courteous. We will come back for sure. Thank you for making our Christmas time holiday happy and comfortable.The location is superb, many diverse restaurants and shops to experience.
Disliked: The buffet is pricey and limited to basic items. I recommend what we had: the incredibly delicious omelette and french toast. Custom breakfast orders are better in our opinion.

Hotel services are terrible, saving...

Liked: Well located, it is a very good facility, ample rooms and good bathrooms, the place looks great. Within the room, several plug-ins, good lighting.
Disliked: They are trying to save the cost for what we pay! First day, we leave 8am and came back at 3pm, the room was not made. A label in bathroom: "for your convenience, we make beds every other day", I pay a hotel to have my bed done daily and trash away. I had to demand it at the front desk and they agreed to have it done, they say it is only by request at check in, when you are not advice about it. Terrible! Outside the room, trash was spotted for 3 days! They do not clean.

Comfort, but room for improvement.

Disliked: There wasn’t anyone at the counter for the first 30 minutes I was there. Another guest had to check-in through their phone…

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Booking.com information re: the address took both my daughter and me (coming from different locations and both using GPS) to the wrong place. When I tried to call the hotel at the number provided, I got an answering machine. We found the correct phone number by going to the Hilton website. Someone should check that information on booking.com and make the appropriate changes.

Good hotel, but shop around...

Liked: Good hotel, safe and clean. Parking is free and very accesible.
Disliked: Too expensive per night for the offering. I actually think there was an error in this rate for the room we were placed in.

Very convenient, clean and comfy

Liked: Close to Rollins college with many dinning options at walking distance. Large room, very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was decent. Only coffee, no lattes. I paid extra for breakfast with two guests staying in the room but found out only one person had breakfast included. Should have gone to a Starbucks.
