Very good except the indoor...
Liked: Service was great hotel is close to many things
Disliked: The hotel was great , in many ways , the trouble was the inside resturant in the Hilton that was the worse service I ever had , when it opened at 7:00 am there were 2 others and my wife and I . They were served in a timely manner for my wife and I waited almost a hour and our food did not arrive, so I left .no explanation for the wait. This is not acceptable as I needed to be on a schedule. A couple of others were being waited on and served but no food came out for us. I was very angry.

Lovely Christmas time with Family
Liked: It was an excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mr. Milquiades received us pleasantly and ensured we had a great stay - Thank you! Our waiter was amazing with us during our breakfast at the Garden Grill, food was delicious. Everyone was attentive and courteous. We will come back for sure. Thank you for making our Christmas time holiday happy and comfortable.The location is superb, many diverse restaurants and shops to experience.
Disliked: The buffet is pricey and limited to basic items. I recommend what we had: the incredibly delicious omelette and french toast. Custom breakfast orders are better in our opinion.

Hotel services are terrible, saving...
Liked: Well located, it is a very good facility, ample rooms and good bathrooms, the place looks great. Within the room, several plug-ins, good lighting.
Disliked: They are trying to save the cost for what we pay! First day, we leave 8am and came back at 3pm, the room was not made. A label in bathroom: "for your convenience, we make beds every other day", I pay a hotel to have my bed done daily and trash away. I had to demand it at the front desk and they agreed to have it done, they say it is only by request at check in, when you are not advice about it. Terrible! Outside the room, trash was spotted for 3 days! They do not clean.
