Liked: Chose this hotel because it was designated by family as lodging for out-of-town participants in a family event. It was conveniently located in proximity to those festivities.
Disliked: - We arrived prior to designated check-in timeframe, but room was not available until more than an hour and a half after that window start time (3pm). Rooms only serviced every other day, thus it seems that housekeeping may be understaffed.- Unimpressed with breakfast options at the price offered--have eaten better for less at other comparable chain hotels.

Staff was horrible.

Liked: Location was convenient especially for my reason for travel.
Disliked: The staff was rude. I requested late check out due to being busy and getting back to the hotel at 4am. The front desk told me to call the front after 7am and tell the new tour. I called they said to try leave as soon as possible. I asked for only 1hr. Dorothy head of housekeeping came into my room about 10:50am she was rude saying you are suppose to be out. I came down at 11:36 am to check out and the charged me a $75. I called and ask for an explanation Manger Ruben was no help he also was rude I requested the GM and he said he wasn't available.

Liked: Secure location with lots of food options in the vicinity. Guest services were great.
Disliked: In-room air conditioning was effective but extremely noisy. Bed and pillows were decent but lacked the comfort of another hotel I stayed in recently. Restrooms outside meeting rooms weren't adequate, especially with one stall in the men's room being out of order both days. Reminded me of standing in a restroom line at a concert when I was younger.

Loved the location. Very convenient...

Liked: I like the staff going above and beyond to fix the tv and phone that didn’t work in my room. When it couldn’t be fixed I was provided a new room.
Disliked: That my tv and phone in room wasn’t functioning
