Liked: Great location, modern, clean, and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the family and events we were attending.
Disliked: The cold weather...ha ha.

Disliked: Staff was not accommodating. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now and everytime, it was not an issue of getting more water bottles or towels to my door. I called and asked for more water bottles. I was declined and they said that they are only available for purchase and there is no one to run it up so we had to go down and get it ourselves. Water is not something you should have to pay for and if I am paying for it, I shouldn’t have to go downstairs and get it.

Very comfortable, clean stay.

Liked: Location was good- outlet mall, restaurants, ikea right across the street. Very clean. Had to stay 2 nights to recover from a laser eye procedure, Very comfortable.
Disliked: $18 for hotel guest breakfast is a bit pricey (2025). Last year it was $13 approx in 2024.
