We should have stayed somewhere...

Liked: Breakfast was good and fresh.
Disliked: Bathroom fan did now work and there was mildew on the bathroom wall.The water did not run properly in the bathroom. After being on about 10 seconds it stopped running. Had to turn off, turn back on often.

Yuck

Liked: Nothing won’t stay here again
Disliked: Dirty it’s gotten old and not clean fast, we’ve stayed here before years ago

Noisy room, horrible reception staff!

Liked: It’s close to the beach.
Disliked: The person at the reception was really rude, he was more interested on watching his instagram on his phone instead of taking care of my requests as a customer. I requested a quiet room and he gave me a room right close to the exit door where it was making noise every 15min (in and out). Price in booking was $50 cheaper than what he charged me. I am still filling a complaint with booking and waiting for the $50 to be reimbursed back to me, after 1 month! Property manager doesn’t seem to care either (phone number never working when I tried to escalate the issue above the person at the reception). This hotel is not worth to carry a Hilton as their badge!
