Only thing I didn’t like was getting charged $10 for parking (I’m assuming that’s what it was for?) when it was made to sound like it would be taken care of but what can ya do. Nice room. Very clean. Staff was friendly! I liked how close things were to walk to.

I accidentally double booked and...

Liked: I accidentally double booked and never got a refund even though I conceded the same day. Also when we got there the parking was not fun and took forever to get into the hotel after parking. The lady also gave up room keys to a room that someone else was staying in so we had to go all the way back to the lobby and get a new room. It wasn’t the greatest experience.

Best Western is better

Liked: I thought this would be more comfortable than a best Western. It wasn't.I stood waiting to check in for 15 mins.When I check into a bw I am given water for being a member. Here you charge for water in the room.You charged 25 for incidentals I guess that's the $18 breakfast you offer that's worth $2.50 at the most?
Disliked: This is the homeless station. Run down doesn't feel safe.I will never stay at another Hilton property. High prices, np comfort or charm.Ridiculous $18 breakfast.Customer Service was 0

Awesome Stay!

Liked: Everything was wonderful , comfortable, exceptionally clean and very quiet. Our only issue was the use of the parking garage. We had a little difficulty understanding the process of the ticket validation. This was our first stay at this location. Next time it won't be a problem!
